    Score Factors

The reason codes that explain the top contributors lowering a particular credit score.

    What It Means

Whenever a score is generated, the model returns reason codes (also called score factors or adverse action codes) describing the largest negatives. Common factors include high utilization, recent delinquencies, short credit history, and too many recent inquiries. Reviewing reason codes is the most direct way to identify what to fix first.
