Corrections
Corrections Policy
Report an error, a stale rate, or an offer that no longer matches the issuer's terms.
How to report an issue
Email ira@iDigits.com with:
- The URL of the page containing the error.
- The specific sentence, number, or claim that appears incorrect.
- A link to a primary source (issuer page, lender disclosure, or agency document) where possible.
- The date you observed the issue.
How we respond
- An editor verifies the claim against the original source.
- If we agree the content is wrong or outdated, we update the page and refresh the last verified date.
- If the correction changes a material factual claim, we add a short note at the bottom of the page describing what changed and when.
- If we disagree, we reply with the source we relied on so you can review it.
What counts as a correction
- Factual errors about a product, rate, fee, or benefit.
- Outdated regulatory or legal information.
- Miscalculations in a worked example or calculator explanation.
- Broken or misdirected outbound links.
Stylistic feedback and topic requests are welcome but tracked separately from corrections.
