AI Content Policy
AI & Editorial Review
Where AI helps our workflow, and where humans stay firmly in the loop.
Where we use AI
- Research assistance — surfacing relevant regulations, official disclosures, and public data.
- First-draft outlines and structural suggestions for long-form guides.
- Consistency checks against our language safeguards (e.g., avoiding "guaranteed approval").
- Accessibility and readability improvements.
Where humans stay in the loop
- Every published guide, product page, and calculator page is reviewed by a human editor before it goes live.
- Financial figures, rates, fees, and regulatory claims are verified against primary sources — not against model output.
- All product evaluations, pros/cons, and risk warnings are written or approved by a human editor.
- Corrections are handled by editors, not by an automated pipeline.
What we won't do
- Publish AI-generated content that hasn't been reviewed by an editor.
- Fabricate experts, credentials, testimonials, ratings, or reviews.
- Use AI to auto-refresh product terms without a real verification against the issuer.
- Insert hidden or crawler-only content intended to manipulate AI answer engines.
